Every order is fuelled up and dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays hit the road the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Free standard shipping on all orders $120 and over.
All orders are shipped via Australia Post and come with full tracking. Your tracking number gets sent to your inbox once your order leaves the garage.

- Delivery timeframes are estimates and may shift during peak periods
- Hotaru Culture is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or conditions outside our control
- Double check your delivery address at checkout — we can't redirect once your order is on the road
International Shipping We're running domestic only for now. International routes are coming — stay tuned for the next drop.
Lost or Missing Orders If your order hasn't rolled in within the estimated timeframe, contact us at info@hotaruculture.com.au and we'll chase it down with Australia Post.
