2. Online Store By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

3. Products All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product descriptions at any time. Colours may vary slightly due to screen display differences.

4. Pricing All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5. Payment Payment is processed securely at checkout. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.

6. Intellectual Property All content on this site — including graphics, logos, images, and text — is the property of Hotaru Culture and is protected under Australian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

7. Consumer Rights Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

8. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by law, Hotaru Culture's liability is limited to the resupply of the product or the cost of having the product resupplied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our site or products.

12. Store Credit & Gift Cards Store credit is issued in the form of a Hotaru Culture gift card code, delivered via email. Gift cards and store credit are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and have no expiry date. Hotaru Culture is not responsible for lost or stolen gift card codes. Gift cards can only be used on hotaruculture.com.au.
